Show Your Colors

My friends at Glidden have come up with an interactive widget called "Show Your Colors" that allows readers to click through and see inspiring before and after renovations and room redo's.  The fun part is that the rooms are all uploaded by users (ie. real people).  We all love to see real homes do we not?

Speaking of before and after projects, I recently finished one of my own.  I was curious to try Glidden paint out for myself and thought this would be the perfect time.  You may remember a post in the distant past regarding backpacks and organization for my boys.  The room also needed to be painted and I really wanted to paint the ceiling a color. 

Here is the space now.  I used Glidden white satin on the walls and Glidden Icy Teal semi-gloss on the ceiling.  Icy Teal is my new favorite color, by the way.  Overall I was pleased with the quality of Glidden paints and am glad that I gave them a try.  Tomorrow I will be posting more pictures and sources from this project.
